You can edit the title in the FAQ settings in the Editor. To remove the header from the mobile app, go to settings under the Site & App tab in Wix Owner.

So. To add media, you need: 1. Manage frequently asked questions from the Cabinet or in the Editor 2. Create a new question and answer or edit an existing one 3. In the text field of the answer, click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from the library and save.
