Note

Upon receipt of the cargo, immediately check it for integrity and compliance. Each parcel is insured for an amount according to the amount of the order. If the cargo arrived damaged or incomplete, fill out the certificate of non-conformity and the package will be sent back to us, and we, in turn, will resolve the disputed issue with the carrier. At the same time, you will receive a new product or monetary compensation.

PROCESSING THE ORDER

You can place your order in any way that is convenient for you.

Placing an order on our website is easy and fast. The site features decorative elements, metal products, metal furniture, lighting fixtures, shelves, and more, all available for purchase in our store. All prices and availability shown on the website are up to date.

How to place an order

The most convenient way to place an order is through the shopping cart.

Simply add the required products to the cart using the “Add to cart” button. After adding items and before confirming your order, you can change the cart contents as needed: adjust quantities, remove unnecessary items, or add new ones. Orders via the shopping cart can be placed at any time of day.

Feel free to add items to the cart — it does not commit you to anything!

When placing an order through the cart, you may register on the website at the same time, but please note that registration is not mandatory. After registering, you will be able to purchase certain products at special prices for regular customers and place future orders more quickly.

When completing your order, you will need to provide the minimum information required for shipping: full name, location, phone number, email address, and postal address or warehouse number. You can choose a payment and delivery method from the available options. If the list does not include a suitable payment or delivery method, select any option and specify the required details in the comments. When confirming the order, the manager will enter the correct information manually.

You can contact our store manager using a phone number convenient for you, via WhatsApp messenger, or by email.

We operate according to the schedule listed on the website. Calling outside business hours, for example at night, will not be effective — we will not be able to respond. It is better to write to us in the chat, and you will receive the necessary information in the morning. If you cannot reach us by phone during working hours, please do not worry — simply write to us in the chat or wait for a response.

You can also use the website’s online chat to ask questions or place an order.

Just open the site chat to ask a question or place an order. During working hours, a manager will respond within a few minutes. Outside working hours — early in the morning or late in the evening — we may not be able to respond immediately. Please understand.

There is no difference which method you choose to place an order — all methods are equally effective! In any case, we will promptly process your order, contact you to уточнити the details, and ship your product.
